                 Our Procedure
 
All work areas are covered with drop cloths. All dust, dirt and flaking paint is removed.
All Mildew is removed. Weathered wood is scraped and sanded to remove as much "gray" wood as possible.
Cracks are filled with caulking compound and sanded smooth. Exposed nail heads are sanded and spot primed with the appropriate primer.
